The next chapter in a storied career began earlier this year as Garth Brooks started performing in stadium shows around the country.
The country music megastar who, later this year, will be releasing his 14th studio album, kicked off the tour at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Later this month, he will be playing another sold out show at Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburg Steelers, having already made sold-out stops at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at the University of Florida, and U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
“The Garth Brooks Stadium Tour” is expected to visit approximately 30 stadiums over the next few years, hopefully giving fans an opportunity to see the icon of country music in a very unique setting. Fans hoping to get tickets to future shows need to act fast; Brooks sold over 84,000 tickets in less than three hours to December’s sold-out show at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana, and all announced shows were sold according to www.garthbrooks.com.
